We are seeking an Account Manager who will leverage their expertise to identify solutions that enhance our clients’ customer engagement and experience. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with strong business development skills and a passion for driving impactful customer experiences.

This role requires a consultative approach to deliver innovative solutions that support growth for both clients and the organization. The Account Manager will excel at building and maintaining relationships with key client stakeholders and cross-functional teams, acting as a trusted liaison between clients and production teams to manage projects and provide exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities

When your actions lead to success:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee planning and execution of programs, ensuring quality, budget compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies, creative briefs, and recommendations that meet client expectations.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new business development efforts.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare status and activity reports, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Share competitive insights and client updates with the team to inform strategy.
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes, financial targets, and workplace safety policies.

Qualifications

 

When your expertise drives us:

  • 5+ years practical experience in Marketing and Premedia industry (client or agency environment)
  • Broad experience across a wide array of categories within the retail market (flyer, POP, ROP, Customer Experience)
  • Experience with digital marketing or omni-channel marketing is preferred
  • Proven understanding and application of creative, photography and marketing strategies for retail
  • Solid financial acumen - P/L management and revenue development for accounts with $1M+ in billings
  • Proven performance in developing quality client relationships
  • Proven experience in overseeing integrated programs
  • Bilingual an asset
