When your actions lead to success:
• Collaborate with the studio on ideation and solutions for new innovation concepts.
• Work with key clients, retail marketing, internal design and production teams to coordinate retail display, décor and fixture projects.
• Attend and participate in bi-weekly production meetings, reviewing projects on-the-go and initiating new projects with the team.
• Maintain Innovation job tracking documents.
• Prepare presentation decks with renderings and initial job specs for client review and discussion.
• Prepare requests for studio deliverables and cost estimates.
• Liaise with structural and industrial design teams to follow up on prototype development and delivery; collect and/or photograph prototype samples.
• Lead innovation project kickoff meetings, communicating pertinent job information to all departments involved in the production process.
• Coordinate prototype production.
• Become the conduit between the client and production teams by following up with production and sales staff on project status, photograph prototypes, collect samples etc.
• Occasionally required to work on special projects that corporate in scope, benefiting our larger TC marketing and promotional efforts.
• Work as part of a team, follow and adhere to Transcontinental’s code of ethics and participate in the Continuous Improvement efforts.
• Fully understand and adhere to all relevant Environmental, Health and Safety, Human Resources, Quality, Security and Company policies and procedures.
• Work in compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act of Ontario, the Workplace Safety Insurance Act and all other applicable legislated, environmental, health & safety regulations.
