Location: This role is based out of our Mississauga office and follows a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

When your actions lead to success:

• Own and lead the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for digital products
• Ensure smooth product management by coordinating processes and acting as a liaison between Product and Business stakeholders.
• Translate customer needs, requirements, and emerging research into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs. Handle inquiries, intake prioritization, and production issues while collaborating on strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Develop, communicate, and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for an assigned group of products and strategic product lines.
• Monitor and evaluate product development programs, including competitive analysis, market trends, customer needs, and product performance.
• Oversee strategic product development initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Co-ordinate the development of advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies for products across all platforms
• Recommend product modifications and enhancements based on data, performance metrics, and customer feedback.
• Support the sales team by providing product insights, tools, and go-to-market strategies that enable business development and customer engagement.
• Serve as a key contributor in the product lifecycle management process, including ideation, development, launch, and post-launch evaluation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize product visibility, performance, and profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and support product management team members where applicable.

Qualifications

When your expertise drives us:

• 8+ years of product management experience, primarily in digital, or technology within a B2B environment, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Product Management, or a related field.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of launching successful products and managing full product lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with market research, pricing strategy, and digital platforms.
