We are currently seeking an IT Director, Manufacturing Systems Integration whose role will be to lead the integration of advanced manufacturing systems and technologies within the packaging sector. You will also lead the development, implementation, and optimization of integrated manufacturing systems, in addition to driving process/technology optimization, ensure seamless integration of systems, and foster innovation in manufacturing operations.

This role is essential to increase operational efficiency, improve product quality and ensure scalability through advanced technology solutions. It will require to collaborate with different departments, manage a team of integration specialists and work with external vendors to achieve strategic manufacturing objectives.

When your actions lead to success:

• Develop and implement a strategic vision for manufacturing system integration.
• Identify and prioritize integration projects that will drive the most significant improvements in manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
• Manage system upgrades and migrations to minimize disruption and maximize performance.
• Oversee the integration of manufacturing systems such as ERP, MES, CMMS, and other automation technologies.
• Communicate project updates, progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage the budget for system integration projects.

When your expertise drives us:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in manufacturing systems integration, including five (5) years in a leadership role managing technical teams and large-scale, complex integration projects. PMP certification an asset.
• Proficiency in ERP, MES, CMMS, SCADA, and IoT technologies
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
• Availability for travel to different production sites (30%)
• Command of French and English, both spoken and written (regular exchanges with teams in Canada and the U.S.)
